Submission instructions
The submission process is managed through EasyChair.
A 250-words abstract is requested before submission.
Maximum length of long papers is 8 pages (+1 for references) formatted according to the ACM SIG format.
Maximum length of short papers is 4 pages (+1 for references).
Notes:
Submissions must be anonymized.
Page length refers to the two-column layout.
Videos and auxiliary materials. Authors are allowed to upload auxiliary materials and short videos that do not exceed 2 minutes. Note, however, that papers should be self-contained, in the sense that they can be read and understood without any auxiliary material. Auxiliary material need to be anonymized.
All submissions must be formatted according to the ACM SIG format:

Proceedings
Accepted papers will be published in the ACM International Conference Proceeding Series (ICPS) and will be available in the ACM Digital Library.
Long and short research papers
AVI 2024 invites submissions of high-quality papers describing original and unpublished research contributions. Papers cannot be published or under concurrent review elsewhere. Please see ACM guide on prior and simultaneous submissions.
Contributions submitted to AVI 2024 as Long and Short papers need to be supported by rigorous evidence appropriate to claims and are expected to include enough detail be reviewed for research quality.
